Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and promotional gifts are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
